At the Lido Azzurro swimming pool in Varedo structured training of finswimming aimed at young and competitive athletes, organised by level and followed by dedicated coaches and instructors for each group.
The activity takes place Monday to Saturday, with different timetables according to category, to ensure targeted technical and athletic preparation.
Weekly training schedule
Basic Pre-Competition
A course for youngsters or those approaching structured finswimming, focusing on basic technique, coordination and confidence with the monofin.

- Friday: 19:00 - 20:00
- Saturday: 15:30 - 16:30
Advanced Pre-Competition
A group designed for more experienced athletes, geared towards technical improvement, the development of endurance and gradual preparation for competitive activity.
- Monday: 19:00 - 21:00
- Wednesday: 19:00 - 21:00
- Friday: 19:00 - 21:00
- Saturday: 16:00 - 18:00
Agonism
High-intensity training for competitive athletes, with technical, athletic and metabolic programming aimed at national and international finswimming competitions.
- Monday to Friday: 20:00 - 22:00
- Saturday: 17:00 - 19:00
Technical staff
Each training group is supervised by a dedicated qualified coach or instructor, ensuring:
- individual attention to athletes;
- technical progression consistent with the level;
- safety in the water;
- quality and continuity of sports work.
