Aquafitness
La aquatic gymnastics or aqua fitness, is nothing more than a type of exercise and physical activity that takes place in an aquatic environment.
Until recently, aqua fitness was only a type of “sport”.” rehabilitative, which used to be practised only by those with physical problems; today, this new form of fitness is practised by everyone, the positive effects of aqua fitness are now well known and have been adapted to the demands of trainees who want to perform aqua fitness exercises to achieve the body remodelling. By combining swimming with gymnastic activity, a new form of water fitness has been created that allows training for rehabilitation, therapeutic-sporting and, on a recreational level.
Aquafitness is nothing more than a “series of aerobic activities performed with or without the aid of equipment that allow for the firming and improvement of skeletal and muscular structure”, similar to fitness activities performed in traditional gym classes.
I advantages deriving from aqua fitness have been known since Roman times when, in the fabulous Latin baths, saunas, relaxing treatments and even gymnastic activities in the pool with competent ’fitness trainers“ were practised, just as they are today. Aquagym

A 45-minute physical activity for people of all ages, ideal for training the cardiovascular system, stimulates circulation and fluid drainage thanks to the beneficial water massage.

New - Aquacross Training
It is a 30-minute circuit workout with hydrobike, aqua jump, treadmill, weights and stopwatch, perfect for those who want an intense activity, supplement swimming or improve muscular endurance. Thanks to the combination of cardio and toning exercises, it is an excellent choice for those wishing to lose weight and increase lean mass.

Aquapower
A more intense and advanced workout than water aerobics, it involves a high degree of involvement of the cardiovascular system for the entire duration of the lesson (45 minutes). The lesson programme is structured with the aim of toning all muscle groups, varying the use of different equipment; the lesson can be conducted in shallow or deep water.

Aquatonic
A physical activity of intense bonification, the duration of the lesson differs from other activities (60 minutes) in that it includes a part of exercises performed on land and a part of exercises performed in water with great involvement of the cardiovascular system. The land-water mix ensures variability and at the same time specificity of content.

Acquafusion
Circuit training with small and large equipment. The lesson programme is structured with the aim of toning all muscle groups, combining all aqua fitness disciplines in one lesson.

Hydrobike

Also known as Hidrobyke. It is an aquatic version of spinning (the lesson lasts 45 minutes). It is a high-intensity motor activity carried out with a special water bike, and allows you to shape and tone your lower limb muscles, while also training your abdominal muscles and not neglecting upper body exercises.
Trial lessons must be booked one day in advance.

Longevity
Longevity is a new course dedicated to the elderly which, through exercises
of gentle and postural gymnastics, aims to improve muscle tone, the
blood circulation and through play, stimulate proprioception,
memory, attention, cognitive skills, in a safe and
fun: WATER.
