On Sunday 18 January 2026 NP Varedo is organising an exclusive workshop at the Lido Azzurro swimming pool dedicated to the “5th style”: diving in modern swimming. A day of high training with four exceptional protagonists - Mike Maric, Luca Dotto, Marco Orsi e Valter Mazzei - to improve technique, breathing and management of the underwater phase.

The morning (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) will be devoted to theory: history of the 5th style, streamline, drag, respiratory muscles and apnoea, up to the underwater breakout in competition. In the afternoon (2 p.m.-4 p.m.) space will be given to practice in the water with specific exercises and personalised advice.

The internship has a cost of 100 € and places are limited to 50 participants.
