From Saturday 9 November, the Lido Azzurro Swimming Centre hosts the Basic Freediving Course for young swimming and diving enthusiasts, led by Marco Gallo, a certified Apnea Academy instructor.

The course, consisting of 12 meetings, will be held every Saturday from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

This is a unique opportunity to introduce children to the world of freediving, where they will learn breathing techniques and gain confidence in the water.

Thanks to the “Kids As Dolphins”, young learners can explore the underwater world in a safe and fun way, just like little dolphins!
